HartlePower is a not-for community interest company dedicated to providing affordable room rentals and business incubation services. Our business centers are designed to foster both business development and community well-being. When you choose HartlePower, you're not simply renting a space; you're making a positive impact. As a community interest company, we allocate profits to local clubs, groups, community centers, and charitable causes, ensuring that every rental contributes to the growth of Hartlepool communities.

But that’s not all. In 2017 Hartlepool Voluntary Development Agency closed after 31 years of providing infrastructure support to the town’s voluntary sector. Such assistance included developmental help with setting up a new group, fund -raising, representing the needs of organisations, volunteering and much more. Hartlepool has always had a strong tradition of people coming together to help meet local needs, evidenced by the over 500 groups and thousands of volunteers engaged in a very broad range of activities supporting civil society in the town. Hartlepower CIC determined to set up a new agency to rekindle such infrastructure support and Hartlepower (later to become Hartlepool) Community Trust was born. Based at Greenbank, close to the Hartlepool town centre, the charity provides like its predecessor free, easily accessible services to new and existing groups.
